Strawberry Bread
This rich bread is chocked full of strawberries and nuts.

Yield: 2 - 9 x 5 inch loaves

3 cups flour
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon baking soda

• 1 teaspoon salt

• 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 2 - 10 ounce packages frozen strawberries, in syrup, thawed
• 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and line two 9 x 5 x 3 glass loaf pans with wax paper.

Combine flour, sugar, sat, soda and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add eggs and vegetable oil; mix thoroughly. Stir in strawberries and nuts. Pour batter into the 2 prepared loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes.
