This rich bread is chocked full of strawberries and nuts.
- 9 x 5 inch loaves
3 cups flour
2 cups granulated sugar
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 - 10 ounce packages frozen strawberries, in syrup, thawed
1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350
degrees F. Grease and line two 9 x 5 x 3 glass loaf pans with wax paper.
Combine flour, sugar, sat, soda and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add eggs
and vegetable oil; mix thoroughly. Stir in strawberries and nuts. Pour
batter into the 2 prepared loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour
to 1 hour and 10 minutes.
