Triple Peanut Crunchies
These wonderful cookies are chocked full of chunky peanut butter,
dry roasted salted peanuts and creamy peanut butter chips!

Yield: 4 dozen cookies

• 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup soft butter
• 3/4 cup chunky peanut butter
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 cup peanut butter chips
• 1 cup dry roasted salted peanuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix sugars, salt, butter and peanut butter thoroughly. Beat eggs into mixture until light and fluffy.

Sift together flour and soda. Gradually blend into sugar mixture. Stir in peanut butter chips and salted peanuts.

Drop by teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet. Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown around edges.
